While it can be difficult to stay on top of smells and toys in the house, try to ensure that the property is left in good condition before a viewing. Ensure there are no toys lying around, no clumps of dog hair floating along, and that litter boxes are emptied and cleaned.

Try to neutralize the space so that the guest isn’t put off with the number of personal belongings.
